Misfire cylinder head leaking 2nd time.

So this car had original cylinder head replaced at 53-55000 mile under extended warranty, now again it has the same problem, same cylinder head mileage is 93500 and of course no warranty they have put a call into the factory but how do 2 cylinder heads have the same problem.?
