I, requested palmen Chrysler,5431 75th street, kenosha, wis.53142, [xxx] service consultant, to repair/replace the air bag housing.he set up a appointment for 08/03/15@ 07:30am. I was there and he claimed they did not have the parts and would call me. I called Chrysler/Fiat@ 1800-853-1403.'[xxx]",informed me that my car wouldn't be repaired until mid Nov. To mid December.,I asked for a loaner, she said no. I told her that I would be 65 years of age in 2 weeks and it was a serious inconvenience to me and my family.she didn't care. I feel that I should be given a replacement loaner car until Chrysler can fix this problem.my life, as well as my family's should not be put in jeopardy because of this companies continuation of screw-ups! or, they can buy this car back from me for the blue book value! you try to buy american as the motto goes and you get junk and treated like dirt! when I had work and repairs done by palmen they wanted to be paid ! I want to be treated in same manner! thank you! information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
