The day that I bought the car and drove it off the lot, indication on dash that pressure in left back tire was low. I returned the car to service department and a plug was put in the tire and correct amount of air was put in tire.

I was not told a plug was put in the tire. About a month later the same problem occured ( low air pressure in the back left tire). I took car back and service department just put more air in the tire. I bought four new michelin tires replacing all tires and same problem happened - low air pressure in left back tire. I took car back to dealer and I was told there is a bad sensor in left back tire/ wheel. I have had a problem with the left back tire/wheel every since I bought the car - starting on day one. There must be a defect in the sensor causing the problem with the air pressure in the left back tire. I should not have to pay for repairs since it appears to be a defect.

The ABS and anti tracking light came on and I brought it to Napleton Chrysler immediately. The indicated that the left rear WSS was defective and that they would order the parts. I was told to expect possible erratic shifting and the loss of cruise control as the car doesn't know what speed it at--as per the service technician. He assured me the car was safe to drive.

Three days later as I applied the brakes and the brakes faded and the car accelerated into the median taking down a divider sign.

The car was towed to a repair facility. Following replacement of the bumper and special grill the car was towed to another Chrysler dealer.

They found BOTH WSS defective in the rear. The front left WSS was replaced in June of last year. Three defective WSS in less than a year??

The insurance company as indicated that this would be classified as an at fault accident as I hit a sign. The cost for towing, rental car, repairs etc are $6000. Chrysler LLC has indicated unless I go to their legal process, there will be no reimbursement.
