Cluster failure while driving on the interstate at 65mph. This happened at approx. 45K and now at 75K (mileage). The module is completely not operating, constantly flickers and blacks out. No fuel monitoring, tire pressure, engine coolant temp., etc. Please investigate quality and manufacturing to recall this item. Also, the 2015 challenger has been recalled for the same issue, fyi.

The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 300. While driving 70 mph, the contact depressed the brake pedal in order to slow the speed of the vehicle down and the electrical service for the brake lights illuminated. An error message appeared indicating to put the vehicle in park. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 33,000. The VIN was not available.

The contact stated the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experience a failure. While walking out of the store the car would not unlock by using the fob. When I opened it manually and pushed the unlock button, it still would not unlock. I had to have everyone climb in through my door to get to their seats. The next day the car would not lock with the fob and by manually pushing the buttons. I have now taken it in twice and they have not been able to fix it. At random times and days the doors either do not unlock, they will lock and not let people out, or the trunk will not open. It happens with the fob or by pushing the manual buttons. For being a brand new car it has been very frustrating that no solution has been found. It has stayed at the dealer for 3 weeks and after getting it back not 2 weeks have passed where it happened again. I just took it in again this week and received it back so I am waiting to see if it is fixed or if it will happen again.
