Started after the recall on the rotary shifter, 07/11/2019. Will lock up and not engage into reverse, after several attempts. Tried shutting car off, etc. but it will not go into reverse. I have had it to dealer 4 times, no codes and no engine light, and they said that there is nothing that they can do. Called Chrysler customer service and filled a complaint out, and they contacted the dealer and the dealer told them the same thing, but nothing was noted and could not duplicate the problem.

Customer service asked that we leave the car at the dealer so they could test it every day until it duplicated the issue. They would not furnish a loaner car, and I refused to do this as it might take several days to weeks and I would be without a car. So they closed the case without any further elevation of the issue. It is still doing the same thing - sometimes it is a few days between occurrences.
