As I was jacking up the car to replace the flat tire, the jack broke and the car fell to the ground with me right in front of it. The car was on level ground. This was the 2nd time the jack was used. I called the dealer and they told me I was out of warranty. They told me to call Chrysler and they told me that I was out of warranty and to write a letter to Chrysler Corp. I have been in contact with an engineer at Chrysler who is familiar with the LH jack and will be looking into the root cause. No word yet from Chrysler's customer service.
