The contact owns a 2004 Chrysler 300M. The contact was driving 55 mph at night. The headlights were in activation with a dim illumination which resulted to limited visibility. The high beam headlights were engaged to increase the visibility. The failure began when the vehicle was purchased and progressed over a period of time. The vehicle was taken an authorized dealer for inspection. The vehicle has not been repaired due to the service repair cost. The current and failure mileages were 83,000.
