First The Car Was Driving Fine, but the Speedometer went out And Then it started pulling when I began to shift into third.. The car Stayed stuck in second and pissed me off... So I took It to the dealer and he said that it "might" be that I need new Speed sensors

Driving down the road, all the sudden the RPM's kept climbing, wouldn't shift down from 2nd, and speedometer was not working. Then the check engine light came on, and the car shut off. Both speed sensors are out.
