Had brakes and cylinders totally replaced. Brake lines were bled. It still sounds like front wheel brake pads are rubbing when brakes are applied. Have had two different Chrysler dealership mechanics check it out and they saw nothing out of place. Now my husband was told by factory co-worker that the wheel bearings might be causing this. Appreciate any advice on this. Thank You! Terrie8704
