HVAC recirculation actuator failed causing tick sound behind the AC front vent after vehicle is turned off. I checked three more cars (2020-2023 year same model between 20k-38K mileage) all have the same issue. And hence the issue is pretty common with Chrysler Voyager/Pacifica. Dealership replaced the actuator (part cost ~ $50, Labor ~$300). It will likely wear out again after some time.
