Summary

VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH OPTIONAL VEHICLE THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM/VEHICLE THEFT ALARM (VTSS/VTA) MUST HAVE HAD THE ENGINE STARTED AND ALLOWED TO RUN FOR 6 SECONDS OR LONGER, 20 TIMES BEFORE THE VTSS/VTA SYSTEM IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL.
