Alleged separation of tire (rubber separation from steel belt) under normal operations. I am trying to find an indepent third-party to determine the matter. The tire seller claims that the damage to the tires is the result of impromper front-end alignment. A different service claims that the damage is the result of manufacturer defect, and not merely from misalignment. My concern is that if these tires are defective, then the ntsb/ntsa needs to be informed.
