The 2002 Dodge Carvan has had major recalls one being on the transmission. The transmission light all come on and stay on when your driving or crank the car. This also causes the car to switch in a higher gear and red line your engine (ruin your engine) if your driving fast.
The other know problem I have encountered since I owned the car new has been the transmission slipping noise. I do not know of a recall but this also is a major defect.
My suggestion is to stay away from dodge. They have poor quality and really can cost you a mint in the long run.
