I bought this car used from a "reputable" used car dealer. This was the WORST mistake of my life. Continue to funnel money into the car while making the car payment! The latest is an emissions issue that I keep putting money into to repair and new codes keep coming up. The latest is the car will not accept gas. The pump keeps shutting off every 20 seconds! I don't even want to know what this is going to cost. DO NOT BUY THE DODGE CARAVAN!

I unfortunately own a 2003 Dodge Caravan, and this past November(07) we came upon the problem of not being able to put gas into our van. When we tried to pump gas, the pump would shut off after several attempts even after re-positioning the pump in the neck .It would take about 15 minutes to get a half tank into the van.I took it to a AAA Service Center (out of warranty), and they advised after talking to Dodge that the roll over valve in the tank isn't functioning properly. The roll over valve allows gas into the tank while venting the fumes out of the tank. Bad news, the entire tank had to be replaced at a cost of $750. The brainiacs at Dodge decided to build this valve into the tank assembly. Got A BRAND NEW TANK AND............................ 2 weeks later, the same problem, again replaced the TANK AND NECK ASSEMBLY... 2 weeks later, the same problem, and here I sit today, haven't decided what to do yet. Dodge obviously can't get their sh*t together and build an operational/functional gas tank. THIS HAS BEEN A HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS!!!!

If anyone else out there owns a 2003 Dodge piece of sh*t van, get ready for this one because it's probably on the way.

Anyone else out there having the same problems???

And if you are, what is being done about it? I think this van will be traded for a Toyota by the weekend. I've had enough.

DODGE SUCKS. I'm going Foreign.
