: the contact stated when taking the vehicle to the dealer for regular maintenance the dealer determined the brakes were defective. The brakes were replaced by the dealer. In addition, the transmission fluid was discolored. Brake rotors and pads were resurfaced. Vehicle had an alignment. Transmission fluid was discolored, but the contact declined transmission flush.
The contact stated the brake pads wore out, he had vehicle inspected at a private repair shop. When he contacted the dealership, they said the warranty expired.
