The transmission shuddered and entered the limp home mode. Problem was repaired by swapping the the EATX relay with another relay in the fuse panel. The transmission was working OK, but the swapped relay caused the other circuit to fail. Installing a replacement relay fixed all problems.

1st concerns was my husband dropped me off to work, and once he got to his work-site van just stop working out of the blue. Come to find out the cause was air bag sensor that was defected (twice) and battery died within six months. Brakes were on the verge of going out in less than a year of having the car. Now as we speak the transmission is gone. Thank God for extended warranty, however, wondering if am driving a death trap due to van just stops working and could do so anywhere.
