The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Caravan. While driving approximately 35 mph the accelerator pedal stuck and as he engaged the pedal the vehicle lunged forward and the rmps rapidly increased. The failure has occurred approximately twenty times; however, he was able to control the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who were unable to diagnose or duplicate the failure. The failure mileage was 56,000. Updated 11/11/10 updated 11/18/10
