When I purchased the vehicle I was told all recalls had been done. I came to find out they hadn't. the ignition issue 14V-567 and 15V-313 have not been done. There were 3 other issues that had to be done by another dealer because dearth motors couldn't do the work. They paid for those. I had to pay over $400 dollars for new ignition switch and keys and was not happy. My check engine light has gone on 3 different lights. They say the code was cleared and kit went off. It came on again yesterday. Frustration and deceit doesn't even begin to cover my feelings right now. They also claim the parts for the recalls aren't available. Not a sufficient answer.

The vehicle is stopping for unknown reasons while driving. Phone Dodge Chrysler in cerritos regarding the recall that is affecting my vehicle and was told no parts are available to repair wireless ignition node module or R25 as required by the national traffic and motor vehicle Safety Act to repair the vehicle at the current time. This is unacceptable as the vehicle is cutting off for unknown reasons. I was told by diane that all I could do is get on the waiting list that extends over two months and I would be contacted when the part is available.
