While warming my car the “power steering” light came on. Notice It was hard to turn my wheel. Had car towed to Dodge dealership and after they inspected my car they said I need to replace the power steering. I forgot the name of the part but I have it written on my receipt. Cost me $3100. I only had 34,000 miles on my car. Uuuuuuggggghhhh!

Drove to work, no problems. Get off work, start car warm up, begin to back up, no power steering, service power steering light comes on. Check belt, it's fine. Drive home with no power steering. Check owners manual, it shows a fuse in the #39 spot in fuse box. Fuse is good, can't locate power steering unit. Take it Dodge dealer, diagnosed as electronic power steering unit and gear failure...I have an extended warranty and waiting to see if it is going to cover the $3500.00 repair. Now keep in mind this problem happened while car was parked with absolutely no warning whatsoever. Of course it couldn't happen before the 36,000 mi. warranty expired. I've read several complaints on 2006 -2014 power steering problems Charger had but only one on the 2015.
