This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
Have had an ongoing problem with hesitation upon acceleration esp. Uphill. Dealer finally (after warranty was up and we have had it in for the same problem at least three times now within the warranty period) found that there was an airleak some where. Also performed a tune up. Straps on back of console are both broke, scratch legs when sitting in back seat. Ran out of gas twice on 1/8 of a tank, then ran out at 1/4 tank. They replace the "sending unit"? at a cost of $170 approx. (no longer under warranty by 3000 miles)
