When making tight turns and backing up consumer can hear a loud noise coming from rear end. Vehicle at dealership at this time. Please add further details.
Consumer states vehicle is off set 1.25-1.50 inches to the right, this is causing vehicle to whine and make noise over small bumps while traveling a light speed.
While driving without any indication the vehicle started spinning around in circles and hit a concrete divider due to a broken axle, the rear tire and wheel rolled down the hill and hit another vehicle, the tire and wheel was still mounted to the outside part of the axle. The consumer was slightly injured.
