Consumer was involved in a frontal collison travelling approximately 55mph. The front driver's safety belt did not restrain/retract causing consumer to come into contact with the front windshield. Consumer suffered serious injuries.
Consumer states was wearing driver's seat belt when involved in a hit and run collision. Consumer states seat belt failed to restrain and driver was thrown through the front windshield. Consumer advised just received recall 01V119000 in mail regarding seat belts. Nlm
