The problem began when I purchased the vehicle. The door locks do not operate properly using the exterior button or fob. Many times I've had to take the manual key out to the fob to open door. Then it would not lock without pushing down the lock button on each door. I never knew when it would work or not work. I have had it in for service for this problem over 7 times in the past 6 months. They keep checking and changing items but it will work only for a few days. I have driven their loaner car longer in November and December than I drove my own car that I was paying payments on. Service dates 11/23/18, 12/26/18, 1/23/19, Feb 2019, 5/28/19, 6/25/19, and a few others that I don’t have the receipts for. I went on vacation and for two weeks had to have people climb in through the back hatch to manually pull up the lock buttons on back doors.

And after 3 days in the shop, it only worked 2 hours.
