I am totally shocked to report that I found out that after paying $130.97 for a service on 6/4/12 that the power steering fluid is empty. That after my wife asked the service staff about the noise when she drives. Looking on the web I figured out what is the cause (Fluid). This was our 3rd caravan and our 5th Jeep. I will never return to a a Chrysler dealership or a Chrysler product in my life. I wish there was a class action suit as it seems this is a known problem.
