Seriously pissed off that we get it serviced and this still happens.

Not too impress with Chrysler

well we bought the van in may 2011..brand new rt..loved the van black leather..all the bells and whistles...owned it less then a year..about 10000 miles..had brake issues..you step on brake and just a awful shuttder came from the brakes..and steering wheel would shake out of your hand..took to dealership they said the rear pad had broken in half..wow in half...they replaced the rear rotors and pads..and turned front rotors and installed new pads..ok thanks...now at 14000 miles its going back for the same thing..i think there brakes kind of suck..what is really sad is the rt is suppose to have the good brakes..well i think not..and the brake dust on rims..is shameful..have to clean rims every 4 days..and now we also have tire issues..i called chrylser myself about theses junk tires called kumho solus that came on the veh..they said i would have to get ahold of them.well come to find out they wont ever call you back..or cant get ahold of anyone..they are made in vietnam...well also found out is the 2012 model comes with michelins..i asked them about it..they said they didnt know why they changed the tire brand..well did some research on computer found a ton of complaints on theses tires..they have a tire warranty of 60000 miles..if you buy them from a tire shop..also my van has had tires balanced 3 times..and they still vibrate..so at 14000 miles time for new tires...come on 14000 miles.have a dodge ram with over 80000 miles on the tires and still have alot of tread on them...they are michelins..so i feel its time to quit playing games about these issues..so i called chrylser them self..so get ready i have the magic number..1-800-992-1997 ...call them direct..they have helped me out..saying no matter what we will help you get all your issues fixed..so this could be another step for people who are sick and tired of getting the run around from dealerships and cheap parts..i hope this helps everyone...try it they seem like they really want to help....
