Passenger side active head rest deployed while the car was parked without a rear end collision. No SRS light or anything. Unable to reset the headrest and no active recalls for the car even though there is an active lawsuit out of Florida about the same issue. See https://www.classaction.org/news/class-action-hundreds-of-thousands-of-dodge-jeep-chrysler-vehicles-equipped-with-defective-active-head-restraints#embedded-document We will be contacting the dealer in the morning to see if we can get the headrest replaced free of charge but unless there is a investigation and force recall by you i am afraid the dealer will not provide us with a fix without charging us an arm and a leg. I am afraid to drive the car now under the suspicion that the driver side headrest may blow at any point leaving me with either a crash or injury to my head.

The front passenger active head restraint (headrest) deployed while the van was just sitting stationary in the garage, not from being rear-ended like it's designed.

Our headrest deployed while going down the road. It hit my husband in back of head but no real damage, he just has small bump. The noise startled me but I was able to stay on road.

Purchased this vehicle in Sept 2013, immediately the second row, passenger-side seatbealt does not propel back. The seller of the vehicle, directed me to a mechanic to repair it but shortly after it occured again. Less than a year after purchase, the fuse/motor on the driver's seat just stopped and the seat is unable to be adjusted. Last week, went for repairs to front wheel bearing (tire popped directly off) and was advised the rear wheel bearing will also need to be replaced. Cannot tell if any of these are normal wear and tear or malfunctions with the vehicle, especially since I have only had it for 2 years.

On 2 occasions my daughter was sitting in the middle row passenger side seat, while going to recline the seat the head rest flipped up and hit her in the head as it would when attempting to fold the seat to put in floor(stow and go seats).

On several occasions, the latest being today, the seats have attacked passengers by springing forward in a very unsavory manner. On the rear bench seat, the headrest when in locked mode will release with a fury only known to the most vicious of creation smashing into the head of the guest. The middle seat has an equally nasty vertical effect that almost broke my tween's nose today as she was adjusting the seat. Dodge needs to look at the spring action on all of the seat components and recall all vehicles with stow and go seats and lesson the strength of the seat reclining springs.
