I drive in the early morning hours on the highway. Bright lights will just come on! They will flicker like strobe lights at a disco. I haven't found any similarities in driving/road conditions, just very random. Can last from a few seconds to several minutes. I cannot make them turn off. I have complained to Dodge/Chrysler and dealership and local repair shops. No one has ever heard of this problem relating to this vehicle. Guess I'm the lucky one! (only when the car decides to start, that's another whole complaint already on file)
