The vehicle's check engine, the ESC, and the electronic throttle control warning light, would all come on and the vehicle would bog down and not be able to go above 40 mph. This has happened 5 times now, it is back at dempsey Dodge dealership for the 4th time. No answers have been found and Chrysler is not replacing the vehicle. Every time it happened while driving. The vehicle has been back at the dealership more than I have driven it since purchasing it on June 29th.
