The headlight lens on the Neon are made of plastic that has degraded to a point that the headlights are ineffective. On top of that, there is not a replacement lens available. You have to buy an entire $110 assembly.
Both headlights are losing visability. They are clouded up. Either wrong or cheap grade plastics used for optical use. I have seen every 99 and before Dodge Neon with the same problem. Very unsafe when you lose visibilty at night.
