My Neon has 16,000 miles on it and the tires have screeched since I ibought the car. The dealership said that is normal in rainy weather. Well the weather is no longer rainy and Chrysler refuses to stand behind their brakes. They told me I need new brakes shoes and the rotors shaved and they even charged me to tell me that.
