The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Neon. When she attempted to install a child safety seat, the passenger and driver side rear seat belt buckle separated from the seat belt. The vehicle has not been taken to the dealer for inspection, nor were any repairs made. The failure mileage was 66,300 and the current mileage was 66,500.
