2007 Dodge Nitro rt. Seat belt rubs on the panel where the seat belt mechanism is and due to the rubbing from the seat belt, it creates a sharp edge on the plastic panel and now my seat belt is fraying due to the sharp edge. Every time the belt is getting worse and worse..dealer wont replace. I have pics of the area effected. If people get into a crash the seat belt may fail on impact..this is a big subject on our Dodge Nitro forum..lots of complaints.
