front end squeaks and thumps

Bought this 2011 nitro for my wife 2 years ago brand new. I'm very unsatisfied with this nitro. The transmission seal leaks .It squeaks like it's 25 years old.I have it serviced at the dodge garage every 3000 miles at a cost of $35.00. At the last service they didn't get the filter on tight and lost all but 2 quarts of oil. The bottom o fthe car and engine is still cover in oil. I should of known better than buying another dodge since I have a 2009 ram 1500 bighorn I can't keep frontend parts on it. I will never purchase another dodge when I trade these off. I will also recommend to anyone to never buy a dodge product!!
