The vehicle had an exhaust leak. The manufacturer was contacted, and stated there was no recall. There was a leak in the gas tank where the gas tank entered. There was a rubber seal where the metal pipe went into the tank. The rubber dissolved from the gas tank and caused gas to leak out.
While driving during daylight hours, cab filled with noxious fumes and some smoke. Took to Dodge dealer in panama city, Florida. They discovered the headlight switch had melted.

Anti-siphon valve fails, resulting in gas entering emission control canister mounted on frame under the driver. Gas flows out of canister and unto ground.
