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

Ram 1500 Quad Cab 5.7L

Both the gas gauge and the Distance till empty (DTE) fluctuate from full to empty. I'll turn the truck on and it will say 3/4 tank and the DTE will say 195mi. Then I can watch both the gas gauge and the computer steadily go down. The low gas light will come on then it will read empty. It will also go up in the same fashion. If the truck sits for a while it seems to have the right level indicated but as soon as I drive it, it starts moving. I'll turn it off and I'll get a different reading when I turn it right back on. I thought that the battery being week might be causing it so I replaced it to no avail.

On a side note I had a leak in my drivers side tail light and it filled with water and broke the bulb. I fixed the leak and replaced the bulb and every once in a while I'll get a lamp out light but when I check the bulb, its not burnt out. Don't know if they're related.

I have a Superchips programmer and have looked for DTC's but none are being shown.
