don't want to go off, just want a fix for my issue, I have changed the rear differential speed sensor with no help. I look at the codes and there were none in the OBDII but don't think my reader will read ABS codes.

Ram 1500 SLT 4.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 18,000 miles

When I first start the truck the dash lights come on the truck seems to go into low gear with my selector in drive ( does not have 4 wheel drive) I have to drive it for a bit, then shut the engine off, then restart the engine and every thing is OK. Sometimes when I am driving at high speed and I hit the brakes normally to stop it goes into low gear again. As before I have to shut the engine off and restart. IT'S A PAIN IN THE ASS.

I will never buy a Dodge truck again. I'm going back to Ford.
