2005 Dodge Ram 1500, unit 1 was traveling eastbound on the Ohio turnpike in the center lane at the 104 mile post. Unit 1 heard a bang, and his right front tire came off. Unit 1 got the vehicle off the road and came to rest on the right berm. Bf the fender was damaged as a result of the tire coming completely. The driver stated the tire was replaced the day before.
