So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with aprox. 54,000. The rotor and brakes went out on the left side only, when I took it to the dealership they stated my caliper was bad, thus causing the rotor and brakes, the caliper is covered by warranty not the rotor & brakes, a check shows the ABS module was recalled on 2006 Dodge Ram, my VIN is in the range for the recall, but mine is not in the recall (according to them), however they have no explanation of why so much damage at so little miles. A review of complaints shows several issues with rotor, pads & calipers on these vehicles all with low mileage.
