While driving the headlights flicker. They also periodically blink off for a second then return. This may happen any amount of times while driving or parked out of gear. I often travel S state highway but doesn'tatter where or when I can bet on it happening.

When putting my turn signal lever to the left my right turn signal comes on. Sometimes the left will be working then it will switch over to the right. Turn my right blinker on and it stos then comes on again stops etc. Just never know what is going O happen. Village motors from millersburg oh said it was the wiring harness which they replaced 2 yers ago when I had the same problem.

When using my turn signal/wiper multifunction switch: Pressing the stalk down (left turn) my right turn signal turns on; pressing the stalk up (right turn) the turn signal does not turn on at all; when using wipers, fast does not come on, trying it in normal in most cases results in an intermittent operation, varying in speed.

Trying to signal a turn left and the right turn signal comes. Also when its raining outside my wipers only run at intermittent speed and if I signal right or left while wipers are running the wipers will stop until signal has been turned off. This is very dangerous when raining out are when driving in traffic and trying to change lanes and I can not change cause the signal says im going right and im really trying to go left. Please consider this a safety issue I can not belie it hasn't been already.

My 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 truck is having issues with the turn signals. My turn signals work 25% of the time and 50% of the time they do work, they activate the opposite side (wrong side) I am trying to select. I have visited many internet sites that discuss this problem, and I have found that this issue is a major safety problem that will lead to accidents. I feel this turn signal problem should lead to a Chrysler recall as it is a design defect.

The blinkers on my truck either won't turn on, or when they do turn on, they blink the opposite direction that I am actually turning. Sometimes the blinkers won't turn off at all. This is definitely a safety hazard.

The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. The contact has experienced issues with the vehicle ever since it was purchased. The headlights failed to produce the proper lighting to see at a distance. She purchased new bulbs that were installed at the dealer. In addition, the windshield wiper blade froze to the windshield and the vehicle would "jump" uncontrollably. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure and stated that the contact needed more experience driving the vehicle. She took the vehicle to the repair shop and the mechanic stated that the tires could cause the vehicle to "jump". the mechanic further stated that the ABS was located only in the rear of the vehicle; therefore, the stopping distance will increase. She informed the dealer of the mechanic's diagnosis and was advised to drive the vehicle a little longer to allow the suspension to loosen. The dealer stated that she needed to become familiar with the vehicle. The failure mileage was 120 and current mileage was 5,800.

2008 Dodge Ram 1500, the tipm module has burned up once already and after being replaced twice now we are smelling a burning smell again, when this happens the vehicle will not shift into or out of 4X4 (depending on what it is in when it occurs) it also causes loss of engine power, the windshield wipers quit, the air bag warning light goes on, the headlights dim way down, all the lights on the dash start flickering and all warning lights light up. This is very dangerous if this happens while driving down the highway at night and it is snowing or raining (which happens alot here in Washington in the winter) the "fixes" the dealerships have done (two different places) have never lasted a day, we just got the vehicle back from repairs and we are again smelling a burning smell nd it is doing it all over again.

On my 2008 Dodge pickup truck there is no adjustment for lowering the headlights a truck is made to carry weight in the back end or pull a trailer, both of which makes the front of the truck raise in height. While pulling my trailer I receive about 100 cars per hour that flash there high beams just as they approach me causing me to be blind for a second or two. Both the dealer and the manufacture has verified that there is no adjustment for the headlights and there is nothing they can do. I live in calif. And believe it's against the law to drive with lights so high that they blind the on coming traffic. About 2 weeks ago while driving through sacramento in a rain storm at night I could not see the reflectors that mark the lanes and came close to having an accident because my headlights were so high. I think that Dodge should be made to correct this condition on all of there trucks before people get hurt.
