fuel system problem
The front gas tank strap pulled through the frame (on the drivers side) leaving the gas tank hanging. The frame rusted out and broke where the "T" end of the strap slides into. Oddly enough after looking at the frame on a lift at the dealer it is the only spot of rust we could find. I am not sure of the cost to fix the issue yet.
I am just really disappointed that a 6 year old truck has a safety issue like this, and after searching the internet it looks like there are other 09/10 owners with the exact same issue.

Poor design. The bracket that held the strap for the tank just rusted away...no other rust on the truck, just that bracket. Thankfully I saw it while changing my oil otherwise it could have cause a serious problem.
