This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
My local Dodge dealer has a bulletin on a higher output water pump for the V-10 motor, due to low heat output. My truck windshield iced up during driving allowing 0 visibility out on a country road. The thermostat failed and a 120 amp fuse link blew per my local Dodge dealer..my truck still puts out low heat temp. So I need to know if Chrysler is responsible since there is a bulletin out on it.? thank you.
