I have 2 2006 Dodge diesel trucks one 2500 and one 3500. Both ac's went out within 3 months of each other both trucks had the same problems they started blowing less air then started making a loud noise and then stopped cooling all together. I took both trucks in and was told a door to the venting system had broken off and was hitting the ac fan motor. Both trucks had around 41,000miles I had to pay for this out of my pocket($744 each truck) I was told that this was a common problem but they didn't see a need to issue a recall. The dealership told me they repair about 10 of these a week. I can see it happening to one truck but not both. They need to recall this.
