The dealer stated that the wheel bearings were more than likely the cause of the failure; however, they could not assist because the vehicle was 2,000 miles out of warranty. The recall part is on back order and the contact has been waiting for approximately three months. The vehicle has not experienced any failures at this time. The current and failure mileages were 20,000.
