I was in an accident in November 2013. The 2007 Dodge 3500 4 x4 was totaled due to the accident. The air bags did not deploy. I broke my neck in 2 places. I think that if the air bags had worked, I would not have broken my neck. I do not know if this has been a problem for other 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 owners.

I was involved in an accident in November 2013 while driving my 2007 Dodge Ram 3500. The air bag did not deploy on impact. The whole front of the truck is completely messed up and is pushed up against the motor. The steering wheel is bent due to my head hitting it. My neck was broken in 2 places and I have not been able to work. I don't believe my neck would have been broken if the air bag had deployed. I don't understand why the air bag did not deploy.
