So i bought a 1996 dodge stratus from my dad and i was having problem with many things for the longest time. and when i change out my battery my door chime started to go off for no reason. that stuff was driving me nuts, i have a 45 min drive home every day. so i did my research on this car and found out that the door ajar sensors have a common short in them so i took out the one screw and unplugged all of those sensors and it stop the issues for me. and all the rest of the issue have stop to. the passenger senors was the one what case my short.

I have come to hate my car. You know the "ding" sound a car makes to let you know that a door is open, well my car makes that sound on right turns and bumps. Also, sometimes it goes off constantly.. it's enough to drive a person crazy. I have taken it to the dodge dealership, they were not able to fix it.
