Clutch cable broke, causes vehicle accelerate forward whenever consumer left off clutch pedal. Found cracked bracket which held cable as the cause for the cable breaking. Dealer/ manufacturer notified, and informed consumer that was not under recall. Repair would be done at cost to consumer.
