Ford TSB #SSM 50857
2022 Ford Bronco
TSB Document:
Affected Component: VISIBILITY:POWER WINDOW DEVICES AND CONTROLS
- Summary
- Some 2022 Broncos built on 13-May-2022 and through 16-May-2022 may exhibit a window short drop feature that drops the window too far (approximately half way down). This may be due to the software within the passenger door module (PDM) and driver door module (DDM). To correct the condition, reprogram both the DDM and PDM with the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the window short drop feature does not operate after programming, refer to the Workshop Manual, Section 501-11 and perform the power door window initialization procedure.
