Ford issued a recall in August 2018 with still no remedy available. This is a long time and I'd like a fix soon.

Hello my 12V battery is discharging suddenly and without reason. The battery has been replaced and the fault returns. According to tsb 15-0089, when replacing the battery in the 2013 car, the electronic module should be replaced. The dealer never performed this step, the Ford Motor Company does not take responsibility for the dealer. I'm afraid that eventually my car will burn. This faulty electronic module (modem or telemetrics) is located near the high voltage lion battery. Please help. I mention that Ford recommends not to connect the charging cable due to the possibility of fire. Upon braking, the car has lurched forward on several occasions, almost rear ending other cars, happens in all kinds of weather, road surfaces, intermittent but happens probably at least 3 times per week. Also, when stopped and accelerating, the car has a hesitation issue like no fuel gets to it for a moment and that has happened 3 times in the last week as well as several months ago
