When using the button for the driver's window, the window would not close. The window would go to the top, then go back down. The other windows worked as expected.

The problem went away (for now), when the battery went dead and had to be started by Ford Roadside Assistance,

When the battery went dead and was started that showed another ongoing problem. The time on the clock cannot be set.

There seems to be some electrical issues with the battery, clock, and power windows. I hope Ford figures them out soon.
