The exhaust gas recirculation (egr) tube broke at the flexible section of the tube on my 1995 Ford E-150 van with a 5.8L engine. The broken egr tube causes exhaust to leak. Ford currently has a similar recall on 1993 -1997 Super Duty trucks, NHTSA recall #97V209 (Ford campaign #97S92).
